Broderick Banners Refund & Replacement Policy
At Broderick Banners, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-printed products. Every item is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our facility. However, in the rare event that something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right. We accept returns and offer replacements for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, based on the guidelines below:
Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements
1. Non-Custom Products
Refunds or replacements for non-custom items are available if your order arrives damaged, is defective, lost in transit, or significantly differs from what was originally ordered.
While Broderick Banners will make the final determination on issuing a refund or replacement, we’re committed to a fair and prompt resolution.
2. Custom Products
Because custom products are made specifically for you, they are only eligible for replacement—no refunds will be issued. Replacements are available if the product arrives damaged, defective, lost in shipping, or contains a printing or customization error (such as incorrect spelling, design, or size).
Exclusions: Minor variations in color, texture, or size due to screen settings or production processes are not eligible for replacement. We also cannot replace items where personalization mistakes were submitted by the customer (e.g., misspelled names or incorrect details). Please double-check all customization before placing your order.
3. Close-Out Products
Close-out items are eligible for replacement only. Refunds will not be issued. These can be replaced if damaged, defective, lost in transit, or if a customization error has occurred.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Step 1: Notify Us Within 30 Days
If you encounter an issue with your order, please log into your account and submit a support ticket within 30 days of delivery. Include a brief description of the issue along with image proof.
Step 2: Review Process
Our team will review your request within 12 hours and determine the appropriate next steps—be it a refund, replacement, or alternate resolution.
Step 3: Return Condition
If a return is necessary, the item must be in its original, unused condition.
Please note: The final decision regarding refunds or replacements will be made by Broderick Banners. That said, our priority is always to ensure a positive and fair experience for every customer.
